Racks & Presets
Multi-chain racks for parallel or serial signal flows. Save any device, or the whole track chain, as a preset. Plugin disk presets are scanned automatically.
Multi-chain racks let you build arbitrary parallel and serial signal flows. Use them for FX processing, parallel compression, layered instruments, or as the backing for the Drum Grid's per-pad chains.
Every device — and every rack — has a preset menu in its header (new in 0.7). MAGDA presets (.mps) capture the whole thing: parameter values, plugin state, macros, modulators, sidechain wiring, gain. Save it, load it, drop it onto another slot of the same plugin, you're back where you were.
For VST3 and AU plugins, MAGDA also scans the standard preset directories on disk and surfaces them in a second header menu. Your existing .vstpreset and .aupreset libraries just appear — no copy step, no library import.
And at the track level, you can save the entire device chain — every device, every nested rack, every modulator binding — as a single preset to drop onto a fresh track.
