MIDI Controllers
Plug in a controller, focus a device, and the eight macro knobs already drive its macros. Right-click anything to MIDI Learn.
MAGDA recognises hardware controllers via profiles — small JSON descriptions that map a controller's knobs and buttons to MAGDA's focused-device macros. Plug in a Launchkey, focus a 4OSC, and the eight knobs are already mapped. Focus a different device — the same hardware knobs follow.
For anything a profile doesn't cover, MIDI Learn is a right-click away on any plugin parameter, macro, or LFO Rate slider. Bindings persist with the project and survive renaming or replacing the controller. The footer shows which controllers are live with a green dot per port.
Don't see your controller? Describe it to the AI panel with /controller and it generates a profile; share it on the community page so the next person with the same hardware doesn't have to.
