Windows VST Scan Issue
We're aware that some Windows users experience a hang during VST plugin scanning on startup. Version 0.3.2 includes diagnostic logging to help us track this down.
How to help
- Download MAGDA 0.3.2 from the home page
- Launch it and let it run, even if it appears to hang
- After closing (or force-closing), find these files:
%APPDATA%\MAGDA\Logs\magda.log— startup log%APPDATA%\MAGDA\last_scan_report.txt— scan report (if scan completed)
- Upload them using the form below
Tip: press Win+R, type %APPDATA%\MAGDA and hit Enter to open the folder.
